We are pleased to announce that you will be able to automatically generate a receipt for your child's fees for your 2007 tax return.

The following link is to the Government of Canada site that addresses the policy and procedure for claiming this credit.

Note that only players under the age of 16 at any time in 2007 are eligible.

To get your receipt:

1. Link to Children's Fitness Tax Credit Receipt

2. Enter the 7 digit phone number that you have provided in the past as your primary contact number in past on-line registrations. 

3. Select the season for which you would like receipts.

4. Click "Get Tax Receipt".  The receipt(s) will be emailed to the address on file.

If you need another copy, you can request the receipt as many times as you wish.
