Become a Team Manager

A strong team culture is supported not just on the field, but behind the scenes as well. Team Managers help create the structure that allows players and coaches to thrive.

While much of the role happens off the field, it’s incredibly rewarding. Team Managers help create organization, clarity, and connection so coaches can coach and players can play. You don’t need a technical soccer background – just organization, communication, and a willingness to help the team run smoothly.

Girls soccer teams in orange and light blue uniforms line up on the field for a pre-game moment, with referees in yellow shirts and a coach in the center.

How to Get Started

If you’re interested in becoming a Team Manager, please let your child’s coach know. Managers are typically appointed by the coaching staff since the two roles work closely together throughout the season.

Many managers stay with their team year after year, providing valuable continuity – so depending on the team, the role may already be filled.
