5v5 Global Cup

Calgary Blizzard SC’s Inaugural 5v5 Global Cup – August 29–30

The World Cup fever doesn't have to end – Calgary Blizzard SC is continuing the excitement with their 5v5 Global Cup – a fast-paced, high-intensity tournament where players pick their nation, wear their colours with pride, and compete for glory in a whole new format. World Cup atmosphere, local pitch.

Building off the continued success of our 3v3 Christmas Cup – one of Calgary's most electric youth soccer events – we are turning it up again.

How it works: Choose your nation. Build your squad of 11. Show up in full colours. Put your best five on the pitch. With every nation competing for glory, every touch matters.

And it's not just about winning. Prizes will be awarded to top-finishing teams AND to the teams that best represent their nation – kits, flags, spirit, and all. Bring the whole package.

This tournament is open to all CMSA registered players and clubs.
