Calgary Blizzard SC is proud to announce a landmark partnership with FTF Canada – one of the country's most respected voices in elite youth soccer — and with it, the inaugural FTF x Calgary Blizzard Crown Showdown.

Taking place over the Victoria Day Long Weekend, May 16–18, 2026, the Crown Showdown is a premier showcase tournament designed for elite U15–U18 programs across Canada and beyond.

The tournament venues span three of Calgary's finest facilities — Edge School, Springbank Lions, and Webber Academy — providing a premium setting worthy of the teams competing in it.

FTF will be bringing in contacts from NCAA, USPORTS, CCAA, NAIA, and JUCO to evaluate talent in person — giving every player on the pitch a genuine audience with post-secondary programs across North America.
