Jacob Hunter

Jacob grew up playing youth soccer in Calgary before continuing his playing career at the post-secondary level, spending five years competing with SAIT and the University of Calgary Dinos.

His playing experience also includes representing Calgary Blizzard on our APL Men’s team, where he had the opportunity to compete against CF Montréal in the Canadian Championship.

Jacob began coaching at just 15 years old, working with grassroots players and developing a passion for helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

Having experienced firsthand the impact that coaches and teammates can have on a player’s development, Jacob is excited to give back to the soccer community. As a Technical Coach, he hopes to share his knowledge, help players build confidence, and support their development and love for the game.
