Josh Pickering

Josh Pickering is a passionate and dedicated coach with over a decade of experience working with all age groups up to senior management in both football (soccer) and futsal across the UK, USA, and internationally. His journey in the game began at a young age and continued through North Warwickshire College, where he earned his FA Level 1 & 2 coaching licences and personal training qualification while competing in the English college leagues.

As a UEFA B licensed coach and former non-league footballer, Josh has gained playing experience in England and the United States, as well as competing in the National Futsal Series. His coaching path has taken him through respected clubs and programmes including Leicester Elite, UK Elite, Global Premier Soccer, Saffron Dynamo FC, Star Leicester Academy, Leicester Futsal, and Leicester City.

Josh is dedicated to creating a fun, positive, and supportive environment where every player feels valued, enjoys their football, and is encouraged to reach their full potential both on and off the pitch.
