Moe El Gandour
REACH PHASE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Meet Moe
Moe developed a passion for football at a young age, growing up in a family deeply connected to the game. He began his competitive career with Eastside Memorial at the U12 level before moving to Calgary South West United later that year, where he played through U17. During that time, he represented and captained Team Alberta from U13 to U16 and spent nearly two years with the Vancouver Whitecaps Academy.
In 2018, Moe committed to Mount Royal University, competing in USports while earning a Bachelor’s degree in International Business. He was drafted by Cavalry FC in the Canadian Premier League in 2019 and was named CanadaWest Player of the Year in 2021. He also represented the Lebanon U23 National Team and served as captain of the Calgary Blizzard SC League1 Alberta side.
Alongside his playing career, Moe developed a passion for coaching. He is driven to help local athletes grow both on and off the field, drawing on his academic and professional experiences to guide and inspire the next generation. Moe believes coaches play a critical role in shaping not only footballers, but confident, resilient young people — and he remains committed to continually learning and evolving in his approach.
